12:30 PM — LUNCH
Traditional Sri Lankan rice and curry at a local restaurant. A great chance to taste authentic local flavours.
2:00 PM — TEMPLE OF THE SACRED TOOTH RELIC
Visit Kandy's most sacred Buddhist temple, home to the relic of the Buddha's tooth. Modest dress required — sarongs available at the entrance.
3:30 PM — ROYAL BOTANICAL GARDENS, PERADENIYA
Stroll through one of the finest botanical gardens in Asia — giant bamboo, orchid houses, royal palms and stunning tropical flora spanning 147 acres.
5:00 PM — KANDY LAKE WALK
