Terms & Conditions

• All payments must be made solely to the official company account of Zip Travels Pvt Ltd. • Payments made to any personal or individual bank account will not be accepted or recognized. • ZIP Travels shall not be held liable for any payment made to an account other than our official company account.

• This policy applies to inbound tours (tours within Sri Lanka). For outbound tours (tours to other countries), the cancellation and refund conditions of the relevant supplier shall apply instead. • Cancellations made 7 days or more before departure: full refund. • Cancellations made within 3–6 days of departure: 50% refund. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure: no refund. • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

• Air ticket prices are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed while a booking is held. The price is confirmed only once full payment has been received. • A service fee of USD 50–100 applies to all flight cancellations, in addition to any fees charged by the airline. • Most budget airline tickets are strictly non-refundable and do not permit date changes. • Where a date change is permitted by the airline, the request must be submitted at least 24 hours before departure, subject to the airline's fare rules, seat availability, and any applicable fees. • All airline fare rules and conditions, including ticket class, refund eligibility, date-change policy, and baggage allowance, shall take precedence and apply in full. • ZIP Travels facilitates flight bookings on the client's behalf but does not control airline decisions. Our service fees are separate and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

• Visa fees and service charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. • In the event a visa application is rejected by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, no refund will be provided for the visa fee, service charge, or any related costs incurred. • ZIP Travels processes visa applications on the client's behalf but does not control embassy or immigration authority decisions. Our service fees are separate and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

• ZIP Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour due to weather conditions or safety concerns. • In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour.

• Clients are required to follow all safety guidelines provided during the course of the tour. • ZIP Travels is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during travel. • Clients are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance.

• Personal information collected through our booking forms is used solely for service-related purposes. • Payment details are processed and stored securely. • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information on how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

• All content on this website, including text, images, and tour descriptions, is the property of ZIP Travels.

• Our website may incorporate services, tools, or links provided by third parties, including Google, TripAdvisor, payment providers, and social media platforms. • Such third-party services are governed by their own respective terms and privacy policies. • ZIP Travels reserves the right to update, suspend, or remove any website feature or third-party integration at any time to maintain security, compliance, or service quality.
